Lavallee Brensinger Architects was hired by Lee town officials as they sought voter approval for a $4 million town center plan that would address space and program issues, rotting wood, outdated electrical and mechanical systems, and other challenges with the existing Lee Town Hall, planning offices, and library spaces. The library plan called for an additional 4,000 square feet, while the the new municipal building would combine several town functions into one building. The existing historic society building and planning building would be relocated and parking would be expanded. The relocation of the town hall offices would allow the current building to be used as a meeting space.

My role in this project  as project architect was to document the existing conditions, assist in compiling the facility study, develop the space plans, coordinate with civil engineers to develop the site plans, develop the renderings and marketing materials for the Town Center Vision Committee, and attend meetings and respond to the the Committee.

This project failed town bond vote in 2019
