Lavallee Brensinger Architects, along with VisionBuilders USA, collaborated on a two phased project to provide upgrades to Prospect Dining Hall at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH. The first phase involved the construction of a new Pizza/Pasta station, installation of a new freezer, and modifications to the existing Pizza/Pasta station to create a Gluten Free/Rooted Vegetable Station. Phase 2 removed exisiting food stations to open up the servery, provided millwork and material upgrades, updated the existing dishwash room, and modified the HVAC system with some exterior patching and repair.

My role in this project was as the Project Architect for both phases. I coordinated with all consultants to produce the construction documents and managed the Construction Administration of Phase 1.

Phase 2 is expected to start construction in the summer of 2020.
