Sanford High School and Technical Center | Sanford, ME | LBA

Lavallee Brensinger Architects designed the new 1,400 student, 300,000 square foot school. The facility is state of the art focused on bringing the community into 21st century learning with integrated technology and adaptive classroom spaces. The CTE program included four pathways focused Business, Science and Technology, Human Services, and Arts and Communication.

My role in this project started during Design Development and went through Construction Documents. As a project technicisan, I was focused on the interior spaces including the pathway entry design and detailing, reflected ceiling plan detailing and coordination, stair, bathroom, elevator, and locker room layout, detailing, and coordination, and CTE equipment plans and coordination, with assistance in Punch Listing during project close out.
