The Bleu Marbe is located in old downtown Las Vegas off of Fremont Street. The project had to be LEED certified and incorporate design strategies and ideas learned about Las Vegas. The program included 2,250 hotel rooms, 200 retail spaces, a casino, three dinner theaters, five restaurants, a convention and conference center, a subway station and support services for the primary spaces. The 71st floor consisted of a rotating restaurant and a rooftop observation deck above that would provide a unique panoramic view of the city. The Bleu Marbe obtained a hypothetical Gold level of LEED certification.
